Cars park very close to West Wittering beach on extensive areas of mown grass which are also perfect for picnics, barbeques and games. Swimming and paddling are popular in the sandy tidal pools and the beach area is a mecca for wind and kite surfers. In summer this unique beach site can accommodate crowds yet provide solitude.

Some help finding us by car
Turn south at the junction of the A286 with the A27 at Chichester. After about four miles, take the right hand exit off the roundabout at Birdham following the brown tourism signs marked West Wittering Beach. West Wittering village is a further two miles. Turn right here after the shops and then left along the private road following the beach signs. Look out for Tucano Beach boutique. The Landing is situated here.
